By inviting Kittr to a server or using the web dashboard, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Kittr is a community engagement bot and dashboard that lets server owners reward activity, run events, and manage their community. Features may change over time; we will make reasonable efforts to announce material changes.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for how you configure and use Kittr in your server, including any rewards, events or content you create.
You must comply with Discord's / KOOK's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and with all applicable laws.
You must not use Kittr to send spam, harass users, run gambling operations prohibited by law, or otherwise harm others.

4. Accounts and subscriptions

Paid features are billed by our payment provider under their terms. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Prices and plans may change with reasonable notice. Free trials, where offered, may be revoked for abuse.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
