Discord / KOOK account identifiers — user and server IDs returned by the platform's OAuth and API, used to attribute points, levels, check-ins and rewards.
Server configuration — settings you configure in the dashboard (points rates, levels, events, shop items, scheduled messages).
Activity data — message and voice activity used to calculate points and leaderboards, within servers where Kittr is installed.
Payment data — if you subscribe to a paid plan, billing is handled by our payment provider (Paddle); we do not store your card details.
Basic usage data — server-side logs needed for security and debugging.

3. How we use data

To operate the bot and dashboard you installed and configured.
To calculate and display points, levels, leaderboards and rewards.
